How long before i receive my products? - We aim to dispatch products to our customers within 1-3 working days (Mon - Fri). In rare cases whereby our suppliers are out of stock of a particular item then we will send an email to our customers stating an expected delivery time.
For many items we do order on demand from our supplier as we can get items in on average between 1 to 3 working days, and we order from our suppliers 3 times per week (Mon, Wed and Fri). The quantity shown on the product description pages are the quantity available with both us and from the suppliers and this number is updated daily.
How Much does delivery cost?
- Orders over £30 come with FREE delivery within the U.K. and Europe. For orders under £30 there is a postage charge of £3.00

All postage charges are automatically calculated prior to ordering. Please note that for International orders the customer is responsible for import taxes that may apply!
What countries do you ship to? - World-Of-Magic sell and ship items worldwide, all payments are made in UK pounds.
What Methods of payment do you accept? - We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), delta and solo card payments
and also cheque's / postal orders.
Is paying for my order by credit card safe? - Paying by Credit Card is totally safe with World-Of-Magic, we use a world leading online payment processor to process all of our online payments. The online payment processor that we use enforces the latest security measures to ensure that no third party can obtain your credit card details. In fact it is actually safer to pay online using a credit card than it is paying over the phone.
Can i pay using my credit card over the phone? - Yes, simply call
0845 838 6182 with your order details, please note that as we are based in the UK our times of business for telephone orders are between 11.30am to 5pm GMT, Mon-Sat.
What format are your DVD's? - All DVD's provided by World-Of-Magic are region free - which means they can be played in any country, and are NTSC Format which will play in all modern DVD players.
